EuroBul Continental Ltd
EuroBul Koninental Ltd. is a consultancy and project management company in the construction world. In 2006. our company appeared as an investor control of "Artis-1" Ltd., executing the construction of the "Europe Star" shopping complex, Bozhurishte district, Sofia, in an unprecedented vicinity to the Metro-2 shop. The complex consists of four separate commercial units with a total area of approximately 4000 sq.m.
Several contractors were invited to the construction process during the construction works, including Vento-K OOD. After careful analysis of the proposals of different participants, the investor stopped at what was given by Vento-K Ltd. His motives were not only the most optimal value for money, but the professional understanding with which the representatives of Vento-K Ltd. approached the project and in particular the rationalization that was offered. The result was a more cost-effective operational solution and, at the same time, competitive with other proposals as a total initial investment.
During the construction and assembly works, the staff of Vento-K Ltd. showed an enviable qualification and ability to work together with other specialties. The input materials and machines exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. No acceptance of the quantities of input materials was taken into account when accepting the work. All systems built by Vent-K Ltd. were delivered on time and according to their project requirements.
In 2007, EuroBul Continental EOOD implements the project management for the processing of production premises by the Electronics plant AD, Sofia in offices for the activities of Commetric EOOD - a media analysis company. Offices for 60 employees, service premises and a lounge are built.
The tender invited some of the leading HVAC companies. Among the proposals, two were opened, one of which was by Vento-K Ltd. The impression we had from our previous collaboration has solidified as the representatives of Vento-K helped to complete the first phase of the project on time.
