Ventilation boxes

They are used for bulding up the ventilation systems which are general exchanged, suction and accumulative ventilation systems in the domestic and industrial sites.

They are meant for transferring the air in non-aggressive areas and areas protected from explosion.

5 main types and sizes are produced and can be installed indoors and outdoors.

The ventilation boxes have two types:
BOX-GS - its hull is made out of galvanized steel. The inner side is embroidered with specialized sound insulation coating of incombustible material. The density between the pages and the construction is done by an adhesive rubber.The fan is installed on a frame of specialized vibration dampers and is connected via soft links.

BOXAL-GS –  construction of aluminuim profiles associated with angles of PVC. Thereto, soundproofed panels of galvanized sheet metal are being installed.The fan is mounted on a frame of specialized vibration dampers and is connected via soft links.

The following types of fans are being used:

Centrifugal double-sucking fan CBM or DA series
Centrifugal double-sucking fan with belt drive CBP or DAP series
Centrifugal fan with single inlet AP, MB or МN series
 
Note: If there's an individual request, polymer powder coating can be put on the ventilation boxes.
