Ducts and elements

They are used for transporting of air from and to the ventilated areas, machines and equipment.

Available in rectangular or circular cross-section - straight and all kinds of fittings.

They are made out of galvanized sheet metal ( 0.6, 0.82 and 1.00 mm ),  galvanized sheet metal with powder coating, black and stainless steel.

The connection of the channels happens through Europrofile - (E20, E30 or Е40). The compaction between profiles is made with silicone or self-sealing tire.

The suspension is by studs and if necessary we install vibro hangers.

The ducts can be insulated with: insulation from ISOVER with aluminium foil which is between 30mm and 50mm thick, insulation of microporous rubber K-Flex Duct Net or with insulation of microporous rubber with aluminium foil K-Flex Duct Alu.

Air filters

They are used for medium and rough cleaning of  air in the systems of ventilation and air-conditioning.

The filters are made out of hull of galvanized sheet metal that consists of an embedded cassette with  filter material.

For the replacement or the cleaning of the filter material in the hull of filters, an easily removable cover is provided through which an access to the cassette with filter material is given without  disassembling the air duct system.

The air filters can be built in ducts with rectangular or round shape.

Silencers

Designed for decreasing the noise level in the duct system of the ventilation and air-conditioning instalations.

Available in three modifications:
Cylindrical silencers – fur coat of galvanized sheet metal. The inside is lined with noise absorbing material covered with resistant fabric and a wire.

Rectangular silencers – made out of galvanized sheet metal with two sided flanges that join the ducts with rectangular section. The inside is lined with noise absorbing material covered with resistant fabric and a wire.

Scene silencers – made out of hull of galvanized sheet metal with incorporated wings parallel to the airflow. The wings are performed by absorptive material covered with resistant fabric and protected from wire cloth and shaped frame of galvanized sheet metal.
The standard thickness of the wings is 100 mm.
 
All of the silencers are constructed so that they could easily allow the mounting in the rectangular and round ventilation.
