Sunsystem vacuum tube collectors have an aesthetic design and high efficiency. High quality non-corrosive materials are a guarantee for a long service life.
Vacuum tubes - two concentric glass tubes create an enclosed space without air. The inner tube is coated with a high-tech selective coating, thanks to which it functions as an effective absorber of sunlight. The reliability of the vacuum tubes is confirmed by a hail resistance test according to DIN EN 12975-2 and a thermal shock test report from test ITW No. 02COL282.
A high reflectivity CPC reflector is mounted behind the vacuum tubes. Its precise geometry directs even unfavorable sunlight directly to the absorber. This significantly increases the efficiency of the collector. The reflector is made of metal with a protective coating, using precise roller technology. Thanks to the special fastening, the assembly and disassembly of the reflector are performed without tools.
The two pipes can be connected as an inlet or outlet in any direction. Depending on the connection direction, the warm end sensor is placed in one of the designated sockets on the left or right.
The pipe system is manufactured with a minimum number of welds for perfect tightness and reduction of the possibility of accumulation of deposits
Thermally conductive plates are made of aluminum, as even high stagnation temperatures do not affect the properties of the metal. The plates are pressed around the two copper tubes passing through the inside of the absorber glass tube.
The pipe holders are mounted and dismounted without the aid of a tool

Heat Pipe solar vacuum tube collectors are characterized by high efficiency: the heat-absorbing properties of the solar collector are improved, low heat losses and resistance to harsh climatic conditions.
The Heat Pipe is a complex of two concentrically placed glass tubes and a vacuum between them. The surface of the inner tube is covered with a selective layer allowing maximum absorption of sunlight, minimum emission and high efficiency. In the center of the "Heat Pipe" is a hollow copper tube, in which processes of evaporation of non-toxic fluid begin, which transmits the temperature to its top and gives it to the collector unit, where the coolant is heated. The processes are repeated again and again.
